Returns & Exchanges

At Wilsons Leather, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your leather goods, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of the original purchase date provided they are in new, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and secure it to the outside of your original packaging.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the items and the original packing slip inside the box, ensuring the package is taped securely, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned leather goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
